Hey there! My name is Tim Tamez and I am the face behind Tim's Table. I created Tim's Table with this purpose: to learn more about the culinary world, and to share my passion for food and community with everyone I meet. I graduated from Texas Tech in 2025 with a degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management (RHIM). While in school, I refined my cooking ability and grew the network and skills needed to start this business. Now, my focus is on the community around me and bringing people together through food. I've always had a passion for community, friends, and family. It's with the support of the people around me that I've been able to start this business. Tim's Table isn't just any other catering business. It's my way to give back, and create meaningful experiences for people through food. Everything I do is to the best of my ability.
